Shipping & Returns


We understand that online shopping isn't instant. So we do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. In that case, if you place your order before 1pm on any business day, it will be posted that same day.

Worldwide shipping is available at the checkout. For Australian orders you can receive free shipping at the checkout if your purchase is of $99 or more.

All products are posted from Adelaide, SA. Standard delivery time within Australia is approximately 2-6 business days depending on where we are shipping to. Express post can expect 1-2 business days if ordered before 1pm on any business day, depending on the address.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Refunds are only accepted under strict terms. If the item you received is not the size in which you ordered it, you are eligible for a refund or an exchange. If the item you received is faulty (eg. has holes or tears) you are eligible for a refund or an exchange, however to prevent this, all products are quality inspected before being shipped. In no case are you eligible for a refund or an exchange if any damage is caused to the item after opening the package.

Refunds in cases of change of mind are accepted, but as above, only if arranged within 30 days of receiving the item. Refunds are also accepted in cases of ordering your wrong size, however, to prevent ordering your wrong size, we provide a size chart included in the product images which lists the approximate lengths and widths of all garments and we stress that you measure the size of the garment before ordering if you are even somewhat unsure of your fit.

In both cases of change of mind, or wrong size ordered, the full amount of the product will be refunded, however you will be responsible for delivery costs incurred during purchase and return.


Exchanges may only be accepted for an exchange of size in a product of the same price. The cost of shipping is not refunded in the event of an exchange and the customer is required to pay for their own return shipping and re-delivery. In the event where a purchase is made with a free shipping discount, and the customer requires an exchange, the return shipping and re-delivery shipping is still required to be paid for by the customer. This is why we request you check the size chart before ordering.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In rare instances where mail is lost or damaged we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
